Rudest management staff I have ever encountered!
So I took my business to Gordon?s!
Lady at counter was trying to assist me and bossy woman manager came out and was demeaning to her staff and completely useless toward myself as a potential customer.
Staff was told she was out of line in trying to help me find the correct product? Then just walked away without helping!

Manager was so rude to me and the staff member trying to help me that I took my business to Gordon?s! At least Gordon?s seemed to appreciate that I brought my business to them! I guess Anderson?s must feel like they have enough customers that they don?t need to employ customer service!

My first time ever doing a review on facebook. But yet again today Janice has been a fantastic help in this pharmacy. She always takes time to help with queries and I always feel comfortable when I go in. She went out of her way when I was struggling to understand my diagnosis last year and even today again helped me when dealing with new medication. I felt I should flag how great she is!

4 people behind the counter chatting , not one would acknowledge me standing with items I wished to purchase , waited for 5 minutes before leaving the shop, 2nd time this has happened to me so I will not be back .
