Didn?t want to give any stars at all, dropped my office shoes (yes office use them as couriers)at some random neighbour?s house-they went away for the weekend so from thur thru to Monday I had to wait a terrible service I will never buy from office ever again

If there was a zero score, it would be too high.Yodel have to be the absolute worst courier service in Northern Ireland. I have yet had a delivery or collection from them go as it should.I have had parcels arrive up to 4 days late with zero communication, parcels smashed, parcels left at the wrong house, other people's parcels delivered to me instead of my own, bit the worst has to be where they were to collect a return to Dunelm, but took one of my deliveries, addressed to myself(all in the large post box) and returned it to sender instead of collecting the parcel with their details on it.Customer service is worse than nonexistent. Telephone line is automated and when you hold for an advisor, they cut you off. "Live"chat is just AI as well, getting you no where. Absolute rubbish company.

This is not about delivery but about pick up in a local store in Fermanagh. I left a parcel in a parcel store on Saturday morning at 8 am. It is now Monday, 4.30 pm, I am just back from the shop and my parcel is still there with two trolleys full of parcels. The driver never came on Saturday to pick up the parcels ( I was told by the shop staff) They are also complaining as the two trolleys are full and taking up space. This is just not good enough. The parcels are going to the Omagh depot, not Enniskillen, I know!!!!

No stars if I had a choice,No delivery they say attempted delivery 4pm then I get told driver ran out of time I was number 50 out of 68 drops so obviously they finish at 5pm and don't care about there customers, then the next day I get a message saying loaded on van at 2 .20pm and at 2.30 pm delivery attempted which is impossible cause van wouldn't have left the yard. Service is disgusting will never use again I would rather pay extra an use royal mail or DHL/Dpd at least I get my parcels.

Worse even courier service, customer services worse funny you wait 10 to 15 minutes on their Web chat and when they speak to you and you don't answer their question within a certain time limit they stop communicating and you have to start again. We rang the number to see about a delivery we were expecting on the phone told twice the parcel was at collection point within 1/2 hour on webcam told parcel was delivered back to seller . On my tracking the one parcel had two tracks one to say it was returned and second timed approx 2 hours later saying parcel out for delivery. Worst service ever.Sellers should not use them

Why have a tracking system when your drivers dont adhere to it!Received a message to collect my parcel but the driver took back 5 days before the date i was given to collect it by, and before i could get it lifted (im yet to recieve a msg to say theyve returned it)After 12mins on the phone someone eventually answered and was of no help at all... only interested in telling me how to get a refund. No point having a tracking system when even staff cant follow it

I've been waiting for 2 parcels for 2 weeks, I've given further details of my address, it was due again today to arrive and I have to contact them AGAIN as it says to do so on the app. Why can't they follow very simple instructions. Very unimpressed. Will NEVER use again

Quick delivery but large gaming chair parcel left outside in the rain with holes in it. Parcel also left in full view of anyone passing. No info on tracking other than "delivered". Why no option to change date like dhl? No wonder reviews on here saying parcels lost all the time. Add the change delivery date option.

parcel to be delivered to my work address , on the tracking it stated Attempted delivery but was closed @ 3.55 , rang customer services and i asked the question about the information provided by the tracking and was told it was 'NOT ACCURATE' information given by the driver .... why are these people let away with 'conveniently losing' items .... I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO DELIVER Milk :(

Terrible place to work in. No days off. pay for your own diesel for work van no fuel cards provided.They don't care for there employees he!lth or there mental health there under a lot off stresss no breaks the managers only cares about themself. Parcels left everywhere or thrown around the depo getting destroyed or lost.There delivery app is going to wrong addresses. Poor management poor delivery service in this day and age.This company has to be the worst service in Northern Ireland!!!! Avoid at all costs!!
