Annual visit, and always plenty of parking available at the Showgrounds. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, with a shout out to Stephen for always looking after us during our visits. Great selection of frames for children and adults.

Rosina took my visual fields before Mairead completed a thorough eye examination and they both helped me pick a new pair of glasses - were very honest with their opinion. Sinead then made sure they were the perfect fit when I went to collect the glasses. Would definitely recommend

What a wonderful experience my mum had in your shop yesterday. She said from start to finish, she was treated extremely well. Everything was explained to her about her sight and the products on offer more than met her needs. Thank you to Donna and all her staff for making her feel so well looked after.

Broke my glasses frame, went today to Omagh shop , the very helpful Aileen replaced with a knew frame there and then, not a penny exchanged. Fantastic service

I have made an appointment for a check-up and coloured contacts. They were really nice. On the appointment the optitian said they don't do coloured contact anymore because they are unconfortable (???).. anyway, she said she needs to make a phone call about it. She never came back to me. A week later I went back to enquire and she came up with a completely different explonation. Awful personality, rude af. I went to the next optitian in town and they have sorted me with high quality of care. This company has lot of money for advertising but it doesn't show in quality at all. Just go anywhere else and you will be looked after better.

Updating my review but since they moved the new shop is nice bright and airy with kind staff who explained everything to a geek who loves learning about how their eyes work!Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a amazing NHS optometrist! The team in omagh will not disappoint
