Told them I want 2 single exhaust one each side of the bumper, called me half way through the job to tell me he didn't think I wanted that as that was more work so he ended up giving me a single twin exhaust. The welds are awful and I told them I wanted a 2.5inch pipe. They welded on a smaller than stock pipe onto the existing pipe. Using the stock u bend that goes over an arm and toward the bumper cause that's too much calculating for them I'm assuming. Taken them all day to do it and cost about 130 quid so shouldn't have expected much more off of them i guess.

RMC very kindly agreed to take our car at short notice when it developed a problem the day before a lengthy out-of-town trip. They carried out the repair within an hour and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend RMC.

Told me it would be a simple cheap job to fix the aircon, landed up to a £430 bill. Car only worth about a grand. Won?t be back. Should have been contacted when it was going to be over £200. Would have been happier driving with the window down

I would give no stars if I could. Car was booked in a week in advance. Left it lunch time on Friday and was told I would get a call with an update later that day. Was called at 5.30 and told I could lift the car- which didnt suit and so I opted to pick it up today. Guy couldn't tell me what the issue was. Received a call this morning and arranged to lift the car at 1 and again asked for an update. Was told " something with the actuator but nothing wile serious". Arrived at 1 to find the issue was not fixed and in fact it appeared the car had not even been looked at despite me twice stating that i urgently needed it for today. The guy said he hadn't had long enough to diagnose it and in the next breath went on about needing a part (how do you know if you havent diagnosed?!). I am now without a vehicle and needing to travel to befast with my dog- tomorrow. How hard would it have been to call and update me instead of waiting until it was too late for me to make alternative arrangements?! Fuming!!!
