Nobody answers the phone when its ringing!Was going to call about if they sell any tools to remove my Samsung A32 5G battery. I already have alcohol wipes to remove the adhesive backing. Just to upgrade the battery.Its so I can keep it for another 20 years or so on contract.

Went in to upgrade a sim only business plan that is out of contract, the sales advisor told us the contract couldn't be upgraded as it had been purchased in the strabane store. Dont see why this makes a difference, o2 is o2, what's the point of having stores in different towns if you cant upgrade where ever.

Was in shop this morning, two assistants had faces on them like slapped arses, female assistant didn't want to know, always have bad staff in Omagh branch

I got lucky, I entered to the shop and I interested about upgrade options, the staff was friendly and helpful. I have got detailed answer for my question. Would recommend it.

I was in the O2 shop in Omagh this morning... problem with the charger lead and phone wasn't charging...(I have a HUAWEI phone on O2 contract...phone wasn't bought from O2)....lady in the shop told me there was a lot of dust etc in the area where the charger lead goes into the phone...she tried to remove all the dirt but couldn't get it all out so she suggested I take it to a shop up the street called ICovers...these folks sorted it for me all within 15 minutes..I have nothing but praise for both shops and so great to see businesses interacting to help people. I wouldn't have had a clue where to go to get the problem sorted and thought I might have to replace the phone! Thanks again to O2 and ICovers

Lovely friendly staff went out of there way to help me chose the fone that suits my needs i know there under pressure esp in these hard scary busy time and still had a massive smile and welcome defo would travel again from enniskillen to omagh for there service a little smile goes a long way
