I have had my car serviced , by Simon, a first class job, all parts , costs , labour listed out on a proper invoice. I also has an accident over a ramp , just recently had a coil replaced, , very reasonable rates for labour and a very honest consciencence workman. Highly recommend, a trusted car mechanic. Simon offered an exceptional service during our recent visit. During the complex replacement of our clutch and flywheel Simon shared images and provided a full diagnostics check on our car post work completed. I have been taking my Car to Simon for almost 3 years, from the minor service prior to MOT to a complete air suspension replacement on an Audi A8 and everything you can think of inbetween. Simon's attention to detail and his level of professionalism and honesty with his clients (in this case ME) is a breath of fresh air. The explinations provided for work undertaken are consise and easy to understand and his invoicing is on point and clearly details the works carried out on each visit. I would also like to point out the value of the service that Simon provides, it is execlent for the consumer..... i would even go as far as to say it is worth more than he charges. I would like to complete this post by comending Peral (Simon's Wife) for the customer support she provides, be it a warm cup of tea on a cold winters day to orgnising time slots to customers to best suit the their buisness and their customers needs.
