Staff are rude and not helpful at all, we ordered on the kfc app and the money came out of the bank but kfc cancelled our order, when they were telling us what we had to do to get the refund they were just so rude and not very nice, They said we needed to contact the bank because they have nothing to do with it and aren?t linked to the app themselves?like seriously why have an app if u aren?t linked to it, Will never be eating here again. Service is so bad and manners.

We drove from Kesh to this KFC to get dinner before the cinema and it was closed without explanation there was several staff inside but they just stared at us like we weren't ment to be there !!!

I went in and wasn't told to get out . And table service was up and running and the recipt machine was working . They changed the straws to a bigger size which is very good and they didn't melt . Food was good and staff were extra friendly

Would you please, please display opening hours somewhere outside! For the second time I've taken my kids to the drive through lights on inside (11.40 am & 7.10pm), to be ignored, there was a man at the other side of the fence & got no communication through the intercom, then after I drove on round realised they're closed, staff walking about & just looking at us. Surely a open/ closed sign wouldnt be that difficult. Other places put cones out at the drive through if closed & have opening hours displayed on large sign at the road.

Staff friendly. Tried their hardest.
Fingerlicking good? Named so because you're eating your fingers, never mind licking them after the long wait.
Food was overcooked, dry, and more meat on a sparrow. Tasted terrible.
Definitely wouldn't be back.

Was waiting in line for 30 minutes before I had even got to the speak to place my order then had to wait a further 10 minutes to get my food would have been faster going to a restaurant and getting a 3 corse meal in the same time that it took to get the food

Terrible service, ordered a tub of gravy one day and it was like water rather than gravy. Asked the person at the till for a refund for the gravy but didn?t give it to me.
Another occasion I was waiting 20+ minutes for my food, even though the restaurant and drive thru was nearly empty. When the food eventually arrived, a zinger burger was missing from my order and had to wait even longer for that to arrive.
When the member of staff eventually brought me down my zinger burger, I seen her drop the burger on the floor on the way to my table and picked it up again and brought it down to my table!
By far the worst hygiene and service I?ve had in the town!

Pulled up at 6.10pm doors locked into restaurant. My daughter only wanted a take out and it's open to 7pm????drive thru slowest I've ever seen. 5 cars in front of me, will be lucky to get the food before closing time. Takes the whole meaning out of fast food. Good way to run your business into the ground

Very disappointed today.... the closing hours is 7pm on Monday, we arrived 6:08pm ,the staffs told us only take away not allow to sit in.... so why not tell the public the closing time is 6pm so the staff can spend 1 hrs cleaning instead of half cleaning n half servicing....
