Went in for dog food, just lifted what ever was first, the woman at the till (kiera) took me down and showed me all the different brands, ended up getting a far better food for my puppy, kiera was very knowledgeable and very polite, I was well pleased with my shopping experience and will be back again

The 15% off discount doesn't work on the website. Click and collect at the Omagh shop won't go through as it keeps asking for a shipping address. Rang the shop and got no joy. Jollyes gimmicks and pet club are a waste of time as can't log into it either. No wonder it was 9 months since I last was in the shop.

Visit weekly for food for the animals, bearded dragon, fish and dogs. Great selection of items and friendly staff. Sometimes an issue with the morio worms and waxworms (lots dead within the tubs).

There is a wide selection of dog,cat,rabbit or any type of animals toys treats or food and they also sell some animals and fish overall great shop for getting an animal something.

Warehouse feel without the warehouse value (having lots of stuff). It's good of you need food of any kind. "The Pet People" is a big misnomer.

i bought Bug a lug ear cleaner for my dog, the one that has a cartoon character of a dog and i think some of the ingredients in the ear cleaner for dogs can make your dogs ear feel more itchy,i don?t recommend Bug a lug ear cleaner for dogs if it has some ingredients that make any dog?s ear feel better for a little bit then a few hours later your dog is scratching and shaking his/her head

Very helpful lady opened the second till and rang up my shopping, then even helped me take my purchases to the car. Thank you. Great service. She was so jolly and cheerful.

Bun McGale got his pet Budgie in here and loved watching it fly around house before he let it out to get the papers. Never came back.
