Was told rudely "you can't come in without a mask". I asked if this lady asst could hand me out something, the reply was No, I am not working". This was in Omagh around lunch time on the 28th July.She also told me Holland and Barrett did not stock Cod Liver Oil and Magnesium!...I will shop somewhere else in future.

If possible I would give the Omagh store no stars .Today I went to pay for 4 items at the till , the male assistant let me scan the items and stated that they could not accept a cash payment , yet there is no mention of this upon entrance to the store .I visited the Monaghan branch later today and they stated I could pay with cash or card .I will never shop in the Omagh branch again .

Assistant refused to serve me at 4.55 on 9th August. I knew what I wanted to buy so it wouldn't have taken long. She didn't give me the chance to say this. The shop door was open. Additionally, Holland and Barret are probably the only place in Omagh that sell what I wanted. Bought from Amazon instead.

Great Holland and Barrett store. Some great offers in store and staff are excellent and very friendly!
