The owner is pushy and would nearly kiss your feet so you buy something, extremely expensive and jewellery repairs is a shambles, he replaced a gold clasp and didn't solder it. Expensive beyond belief

I spotted a ring made by them in the window. It was lovely but i wanted a different centre stone. They were amazing to deal with, reasonably priced and got a selection of gems in for me to choose..Amazing people. Fab service. So many comment on my fabulous dream ring.

5* service and experience. The gentleman there was so friendly, chatty and welcoming. My friend and I couldn?t stop talking about this wonderful experience we had there for days after. The range is fantastic and prices are very very reasonable. I even got myself a little discount without asking, which I thought was such nice gesture. I have had real bad experiences with some well known high street jewellers before that don?t have the level of service, nowhere near the range of products or matching prices that I saw here. I will 100% definitely travel miles back again for my next purchase here, which I hope to be some nice Opal set :)
