Ordered oil. Oil lorry arrived 3 days later. Wouldn't unload oil. Ask for refund of my money still waiting for refund 2 weeks later. Phoned several times to be told that credit control takes 3 days to refund money. Still waiting.

We ran out of oil(our fault) and although they were fully booked they got us a delivery same day. Great job guys ?
