I?m writing to express my disappointment after a very unpleasant experience at your branch. I visited after work as I have many times before, expecting the usual friendly service. Unfortunately, this time was very different.
As I approached the window and began placing my order, I was met with no issue while requesting the first item. However, as I began asking for my second item, I was abruptly cut off by the staff member, who launched into a dismissive explanation about how they wouldn't serve me unless I could name the item exactly, insisting that ?nobody knows what they?re looking for.?
Despite trying to describe the item clearly ? including its exact colour and name ? I was interrupted again. It became clear to me that the staff member was in a bad mood and not interested in helping, so I decided not to ask for my second item.
What surprised me most is that I?ve visited this branch many times ? often after hours ? and have been served by the same staff member without any problems. This experience, however, was completely unacceptable. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude left me feeling very upset, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be made to feel the way I did simply for trying to place an order.

Toilets a disgrace. More like a cow shed and some staff are rude as feck

Terrible service! Called in to get some coffees when I was on a long drive waiting to pick someone up and got shouted at by the guy in the service window! I will never be giving my custom to there again. He should be fired.

Omagh is a typical boring small town. But, the staff great here, wide stock pile. 24 hours open. The off-licence sells alcohol till 11 pm..

Only started coming here after the revamp ,,they installed an off-licence ,,, typically price point and average selection ...but staff are great and if your stuck for smokes ect this is only shop in town open 24hours... Not for booze though ?? they stop selling at 11pm

I think this shop is under appreciated- the staff are fantastic so friendly and helpful and their prices are out of this world. I would recommend to anyone and there is far less traffic at this end of town so it's easily accessible without being stuck in traffic.
