Went to buy a bird feeder that had a price tag of £3.99, all the feeders had same tags, the rude assistant said that's wrong price and I don't have to grant it, talk about being mortified as she went to the shelf and quickly started scooping up the rest of the feeders and relabeling them all in front of me.... rude rude rude

I was allowed to enter via the carpark rear door at 16:55 hrs on Friday evening. I knew the items I was going to purchase and had them in hands at the till,the lights were switched off and I was left in the dark with staff wishing each other a good night and see you in the morning. I thought the store was open until 17:30hrs but was told it had closed the last 10 years half an hour earlier than the rest of the towns shops.To add insult to injury I was told I could only exit via High Street doors.With having arthritis in one of my knees I had an extra 10minute painful walk back to my car..I have already shunned shopping in the store myself, but have relayed to friends and relatives of the disrespectful way I was treated and will not darken their doors again. Shameful experience.How long could a retail store turn business away before it shows in their footfall and profits.

We went for wallpaper but good department store with wide variety of electric items, pictures, china, gifts, kitchenware, garden furniture and upstairs has furniture - well worth a visit
