Went in just to get ideas but Melanie totally understood what we were looking for in a holiday and gave amazing personal recommendations. Sold there and then and we can't wait. Lovely personal service. Price matched with online so we should definitely use instore more often than online to get personal recommendations. Thanks!

First time being in a travel agent in years as I normally book online, safe to say this won?t be my last. From I phoned to enquire if they could help with my query, until I eventually booked, and even after I booked, the staff have been fantastic but Shauna in particular has been a pleasure to deal with. It was a large party which was quite complex to book and Shauna made it look easy. I would 100% recommend people to book their holiday with TUI Newtownards.

We saw an advert in the window for a holiday to Ibiza, we walked in and met Karen. From start to finish Karen made the booking experience stress free and was a pleasure to talk to with her bubbly attitude and charisma. Great customer service and so we went ahead to book the trip straight away with Karen?s help.

We have booked 3 holidays with TUI Newtownards this year for myself and husband and also wider family. We dealt with Shauna and Karen who were amazing throughout. Both couldn?t be more helpful and friendly making sure that all our needs were taken care of. We were made to feel valued throughout and really appreciated the care and attention taken by Shauna and Karen to make sure we had a great holiday. Two lovely girls who make us feel part of the TUI family. We loved the way they interacted together to make sure we had the perfect holiday. Honestly this store is more than just booking holidays it has a real family feel and a huge thank you Shauna and Karen for making us feel this way. Called down to Tui Newtownards recently to book a holiday to Ibiza I was very stressed as I had never booked a holiday without my husband being there before Karen immediately made me feel calm she was very friendly and helpful and sorted it all out for me . Booked for the third time with TUI in ards shopping centre. Amazing staff. Shauna took the time to go through all my holiday options and helped me get the best price and accommodation with the resort I FINALLY decided on. I spent many an evening scrolling through holidays and with so much to choose from I was finding it very difficult to make a decision. Shauna and the rest of the staff were really supportive and so good natured that it really took the stress of organising a holiday away. Their years of experience of the holidays and areas, is really reassuring. When the decision was finally made, she booked everything for me, making the rest so easy to do. I definitely feel having the personal one to one service invaluable. I plan to continue to book all future holidays this way. Thanks again Shauna! ?
