This shop would have u standing an hour b4 they will open another till its ridiculous covid is over .we don't need to stand an hour to get service, it's the same every time u go in 3 or 4 staff talking crsp to each other and 1 till open then that person starts a conversation while we stand and wait wait wait. Take items bag it take money shut up and hurry up

Absolutely terrible customer service today. Female at checkout had such an attitude and was so rude. Usually love this store but will be going elsewhere in future.

Eh. It's alright.
It used to be decent when it first opened in the shopping centre, but years on, it's just okay, nothing special, to be honest.
The labels aren't all that great, and prices for certain things in there simply aren't worth it.

Big store in Ards Shopping Centre - unlike many other TK Maxx stores this one is clean and stocked well. The staff were friendly and the entire retail experience was a positive one - I would definitely return.
