Thomas Orr estate agents have been very helpful after a generalcheck of our rental home. They helped to get a window panereplaced which was damaged inside the double glazing; they flagged it to landlord and a few weeks later we have a brilliant view again!! well done!

Have e mailed them twice with no response at all, well aware it is difficult times at the moment but surely a reply to an e mail isn't too much to ask?, obviously is!!! Glad i am not a landlord trying to rent my property out through them they may find it takes a while when they cannot respond to a perspective tenant!!
