Good option of products. Self service is useless. 4 customers getting trolley checks at the same time. Only one staff member interested the other 2 scuttle away to have a chat. Not the 1st time this has happened. With a family of 5 it's just not good enough.

Just back from Tesco Newtownards and to be honest I am feeling annoyed. I went to a checkout where a gentleman was just paying for his shopping so I placed my goods on the belt where the lady at the checkout seen me placing them. She was obviously in no mood to be in work as she was extremely rude at me placing my shopping on the belt without placing one of their blue dividers even tho there was nothing else on the belt. I then placed my shopping into my trolly again and appollagised to the lady and found another till where they where so helpful. Yes I will be back but will avoid that lady as she is definitely in the wrong job.

Went into the shop to buy a bottle of whiskey was refused my whisky as my daughter was stood beside me, I have been in this shop multiple times and bought drink with my daughter but today I was refused as my daughter was beside me and I left my daughter home and went back and I was still refused my drink as apparently I was gonna have it to my daughter

Waiting on to be helped in this store for a few beers Been here now 15 mins and no staff to help I was looking for a few beers and ask a counter staff for stock there are 62 bottles left but still no show from staff ridiculous this is

Our car broke down and a lady called Kim went above and beyond to help us. Even though the store didn't hold the clutch and break fluid that we needed this time, she went out of her way to help us get sorted. Amazing customer service!!

It's very lucky it's getting a star trsco cafe was terrible waited 45mins for a fry ad kids meal they lost my order wanted my money lady behind had no clue in what she was doing tried to charge for drinks that I took while waiting 45mins she didn't know how to put bill back onto my card so gave me cash the wrong amount worst experience I've ever had
