What can I say. Called in today and got grunted at. It was 1705. They closed at 1800... ordered a coffee and a tea. I didn't as for a lung or a kidney which is what you'd thought id asked for by the reaction I got. Once I got my drinks I waited a few seconds to see whether or not I was going to be offered milk for the wife's tea. When i wasn't I took the 2 drinks to the table, went back to the counter and asked for milk. What a shock I got. I got milk. But just nearly enough to colour the tea, a half full 2L carton. will never be back in here again. There's a few of the staff should not be allowed to deal with the public with the attitude they have...

Paid over £20 for our order and coffee was awful . Never tasted anything so poor . Wanted to charge to change it . Will not be back

Lovely place to chill after spending a fortune in the shops. We were served by Mark who was really friendly and very helpful. Plenty of seating.
