I had a worrying change in the vision in my left eye and booked online for an appointment the following day. I got a phone call within an hour, checking symptoms and offering an emergency appointment that day. Really great service and thorough check to allay concerns.

I was greeted by a lovely friendly girl when I went in for my test. I hadnt long to wait at all for my test. Optician put me at my ease right away as I'm very queamish about eyes. I ordered the two for one . Sunglasses and ordinary ones.Very happy from start to finish with the great service I received.

Went in and Rebecca looked after me, totally professional and extremely helpful, was able to sort out my problem without any fuss or making me feel unimportant, a credit to the company, will definitely recommend this store because of her and the other girl whose name i didn't get. Thank you again!

My husband went for hearing test and an appointment made for 3 weeks later to see about hearing aids. Called the day before appointment to say sorry the person you are seeing is off on holiday! Very disappointing service. We've gone elsewhere
