My daughter was in the bank yesterday.(newtonards branch) One of the staff told my daughter to get of the chair. The attitude of the staff was nasty and disgusting. Maybe next time you should say please. Instead of having a terrible customer service. You don't deserve one star.

someone's debit card was handed in to my workplace. Tried to phone Sanatander , Newtownards so the person could be advised that their card had been found. UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE. You cannot speak to your branch, or anyone in the entire organization unless you have five or six hours to spare. Truly dreadful service.

Used for 15 years in northern Ireland always found staff friendly and helpful rarely been held up. Would recommend Santander as a quality bank.
