The staff are always friendly as soon as I walk in I'm greeted with a hello and a smile :) They will always ask if I need any help. If I do they are always happy to help! The knowledge is great and I am always very satisfied when I leave :)

Have used Sally's for Many years with me working previously in the Hair & Beauty industry but would still call in for products for myself and my Family who owns a Hairdressing Business who is always in too and we have to say the staff are always very helpful and polite and always keen to ask if there's anything they can help you with, Would Recommend 5/5 ?

Couldn?t rate the staff high enough! Always so friendly and helpful everytime I?m in the shop, go above and beyond not only with me but any customer in the shop while I?ve been in I have seen them accommodate and advise other customers loads of times! Have also been in when they have been given grief by ?Karen?s? and they handle it extremely professionally with more patience than me! 10/10 customer service??

Was left standing at the till for ten minutes while two staff served one person eventually I asked could I please pay for one item I was going to buy and the member of staff was extremely rude I left my purchase and walked out Will never be back Staff need to learn some manners Absolutely atrocious

I asked my mum to call into the Ards shop and get my salon a pack of tint records, I don?t have my own trade card however my boss told me to just give the name of the salon and it?ll come up. My mum gave the name of the salon but the girls we?re unable to find it and we?re being very condescending about it, they didn?t even offer to let my mum buy them without the trade card. Another customer offered to use her card but the cashier refused saying it was illegal to do that. After 20mins one girl eventually recognised the address and realised they were spelling it wrong this whole time even after my mum showing them the address and salon name!! On top of that, my mum still purchased them at full price instead of trader price!! Absolutely disgusted at the treatment she received!!! This isn?t the first time it?s happened at this store. Do better!
