Ryan who valued our home was most professional and no pressure was put on us. He gave us lots of useful information on how best to prepare our home for sale. The viewings handled by Stephen and Guy went smoothly and they kept me informed every step of the way. We have just sold our house with Ryan at the Ards branch and couldn't have been happier with the service.I liked Ryan instantly when he valued our house - he didn't put pressure on us, just valued the house and gave us loads of useful information about how best to market it. Reeds Rains we?re extremely helpful from the moment I first called for a house viewing to when I picked up the keys! We where tenets with Reeds Rains for three and half years. Throughout that time they where extremely professional and very helpful. We didn?t have many problems with our property but when we did they were fixed extremely quickly and very efficiently.We had three monthly inspections as part of our tenancy and we found these to be a great opportunity to express any problems we had as well as a great way for the landlord to ensure the property was being well looked after.Jenny was our main contact throughout the three years. Jenny is pleasant and very helpful and was a pleasure to speak to. Reeds Rains are a first class letting agency which look after their tenets and Landlords.

Sold a house with Reeds Rains in Newtownards over a year ago. The house had been on the market for well over a year with another agent. Reeds Rains Newtownards had the house sold within 3 months of taking over as the new agent. They were fantastic. They give us tips to help sell the house and arranged for fantastic photography. The guy Ryan from the office kept us informed through out the process and was always easily available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend for selling a house locally and Ryan made the process so easy and understandable for us. I?ve been telling friends thinking of selling to only go to Reid?s Rains.
