Very pleased with the service and delivery. I had asked for a special arrangement of flowers for our 40th anniversary - my wife loved them and they arrived early in the day as I had requested.

Had a delivery from this shop placed through interflora from my family in England delivered Thursday 21st December came in an interflora box no business card left? Total disappointment to say the least very poor quality of flowers spray roses very brown petals falling off this is not the 1st time I?ve had issues with this shop would not recommend .

Possibly one of the nicest shops I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My daughter ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for a bereavement. The flowers were delivered but never received possibly stolen from doorstep with the card left behind, the way this was handled by the lady who took my call was fantastic. A new arrangement was delivered at no extra cost. Customer care at its finest I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again you guys are fab.

Buy all my artificial flowers in here have done for years get all my posies for all our graves every birthdays and Xmas the staff have always been really lovely been going to her since she was in shopping centre

There is such a wide range of items in the shop. I enjoy having a cup of coffee and a homemade scone. Some days I just like to browse. Staff are very helpful as my knowledge of flowers are minimal and they are onhand to help. It's a shop full of ideas even for the non creative mind. Take a visit you will definitely enjoy the ambience and the car park is literally just across the road
