We were in with Lewis on Tuesday evening to move from Pay as You Go to a monthly contract sim. He was very friendly and helpful and got my husband a better deal than what he had been offered over the phone by O2.

There happy to sell you anything you want but when you go back with a problem they simply don't want to know ,do yourself a favour and go over to bangor the customer service and polite manner is just a better consumer experience

Went into the O2 store, and the staff told me you can’t use a Tesco Mobile SIM in a O2 phone. I looked it up, and that’s completely wrong-you can use Tesco on O2. If they don’t even know that, how can you trust them for anything else? Really disappointing experience.
