Cant believe you have to even leave a star to review absolute shambles the receipt on delivery bag tells you wat you shud put in the bag and they can't even do that right also near sure food supposed to be hot not stone cold freezing wen it arrives

Never order for delivery from this store, they cannot get anything right, ever. I don't understand how a store can be so consistently incompetent when sending out delivery orders, this is now the 3rd time that I've ordered and there's food missing and items colder than a witches tit. I've worked fast food, I understand being busy and the occasional mistake, but the sheer lack of effort this store seems to produce is utterly ridiculous. Be it the staff or the management, if not both, this store is totally useless.

Coffee consistently poor or underfilled Got a large latte today must have been the dregs of the machine and a total waste of money. Take the first sip when you.back out on the road as a.morning pick up and it's total disappointment. Totally caught cause you don't have to go.back and complain. Chips roasting no seasoning, burger stone cold not even melt on cheese asked for extra slapped on hanging out the burger, those bloody brioche buns are shambles to hate a toasted bun and all fell apart with a cold burger, def put off

Today I went to this McDonald's with my 2 children and ordered a PLAIN mayo chicken, no mayo no lettuce & a COKE ZERO, but when I received my food, I got a normal mayo chicken WITH mayo and lettuce, and a Fanta orange!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous service and not the first time something like this has happened to me here. I expect ATLEAST an apology & a free meal.

Getting fed up with wrong orders,
I am slow to leave bad reviews but that's twice recently I have been left hungry with most of delivery order missing.
I can understand problems arrive with building a nuclear reactor ... But come on, .. how hard is it to get a McDonald's order right!?? Must be a bunch of hung over kids making tiktoks running the show down there.
Not happy. Not recommended for delivery at all.

Why do I even bother eating here :( can't get an order right for Me anytime I eat here.
Had a justeat driver bring me the Wrong order, burger had sauce and I didn't order sauce.
Rang them and they said take it up with just eat. Why should I do that when Macdonalds ballsed the order up, nothing to do with just eat !! Not our problem I was told even tho Macdonalds was at fault, point blank refused to send Me my correct order so I had to get dressed and go down myself, I've been lying in bed the last 48 hours within infection and hadn't ate anything and was looking forward to it. It was a complete struggle to get down to te restaurant with how I'm feeling.
So got the new order and the drinks where wrong ? Drinks correct so I said to the Manager I will check this now, that's a good idea I was told, this happens all yhe time! At least 3/4 the tie my order is wrong,
Last week was no different
What an absolute shambles whoever is the Francise owner is allowing to run here.
I will never be back !!!

Ordered about 4 meals at 9 oclock and they didnt come till 10 the food came by some miserable gimp who handed it to me once i opened the bag the food was freezing and the chips had no salt on top of that my sprite was flat and wasnt even full along with the other drinks ruined my friday night.

My food from tonight. Chips closer to raw than cooked not seasoned. Wrap of the day only had 1 chicken no cucumber hardly any sauce and all of it at the bottom of the poorly wrapped wrap. Got my drink completely wrong and it wasn?t even near full? I have had lots of pleasant experiences here the staff are friendly and food is normally good but tonight?s food is shocking
