These guys never let me down, their fitters were all fully booked but liz pulled another guy and he did it on his own think called Stewart, a brilliant worker never get rid of him one to keep quick,tidy and nice guy. Thanku

Not impressed. Didn't finish the job, took my doors off and left them unhinged on a late Friday afternoon. No tidy-up after themselves either. Got carpet fitted, put the seam cut off right at the entrance, why would you do that. Its so obvious and an eyesore now. Also got vinyl fitted, job was acceptable but corners not snug/tapered properly.

we ordered flooring for our bathroom from Martin Phillips and it was to be delivered and installed two weeks after we purchased it. When the guys came to install the floor, they had brought the wrong flooring, apparently the wrong one had been ordered from the store. We complained, and were told that our floor will take a further week to come in. Obviously this was not ideal as our house had been upside down with our bathroom emptied for 3 weeks. Martin Phillips told us that we would be first on the list to get our flooring down today, to make up for their error. By 10am, nothing, so we phoned Martin Phillips to see what was happening and we are not getting our floor down until late afternoon. We were told morning, so we have arranged to get a joiner here to install the skirting boards etc after the floor went down. I don't know how this company can get so many things wrong. on the phone, we were told these things happen and there's nothing they can do. How about getting the correct floor that your customer ordered? If you tell your customer they will be first on the install list, put them first on the install list. Martin Phillips used to be a very reputable company but this latest experience has been so unprofessional and horrible. I will never use them again.

Got a quote from the woodfloor warehouse £870 for 38m2 of laminate flooring,underlay and required length of beading. Called into Martin Phillips, Newtownards and got the same spec laminate floor, underlay and beading including free delivery for an amazing price of £430. Left after paying the brilliant Johnny who served us as pleased as punch and one very happy bunny. Couldn?t recommend Martin Philips highly enough, great store, great range and great customer service

Each time Jonny has been extremely helpful in assisting ing us to find the right ones. He's friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. His help has been greatly appreciated and we're very happy with our purchasees.

I recently purchased a carpet from Ken in the Newtownards branch. On the day of fitting we discovered that there had been a breakdown in communication on fitting and price. This was late on a Friday afternoon. I had a conversation on the phone with Ken. He understood my position and was highly professional. We agreed to disagree, and Ken went out of his way to ensure I came away with a positive experience. I very much appreciate how Ken dealt with me, and despite the breakdown in communication I would not hesitate to do business directly with Ken. In fact I very much intend to. Thanks again Ken.

Ordered astroturf from this company. A great product range at reasonable prices. Communication good have been better at the beginning to manage expectations, but Liz and her colleagues more than made up for it in the end. Looks great now that it's laid. Thank you.

Excellent service... after a nightmare time, Martin Phillips replaced the flooring and bars and it was expertly fitted by Ben... can't thank the staff enough and also Daniel who was more than helpful sorting it all out for me.
