***do not use***I?d like to just make it known what an absolute disgrace of a business this place is regarding their staff and attitude. My boyfriend ordered £45 (extra £5 for delivery) to his mums address for Mother?s Day. They attempted delivery & his mum wasn?t in, his mum called this business only to be told ?they will be sitting in the shop until Monday what do you think we are, Amazon delivery.? Then my boyfriend rang up only to speak to female staff member who decided to shout down the phone at him. She slammed the phone down and got the female manager (apparently) who was highly unprofessional to say the very least and had an attitude on her as if she is hard done by telling us to come down and collect them or they ?can just sit there until Monday.? I understand issues can happen but when anyone pays for a service they expect good customer service, not staff shouting down the phone. Obviously working in a flower shop & sorting by out a missed delivery is too much for these people to handle. Will never use again.

Local Florist in Newtownards. I have ordered flowers to send to others in the past and today I was lucky enough to be the recipient of the most stunning bouquet of much and varied flowers - absolutely stunning - thank you so much. 5 stars most definitely. Highly recommend this florists.

Called in to get funeral flowers to be delivered to funeral home at Newtownards Road Road (9 miles away) - girl was v nice but said they dont deliver that far - disappointed as dont think 9 miles is an excessive distance to deliver to. Totally understand they can choose how far they want to travel to deliver flowers but always try to support local business?s but another florists were happy to take the order and deliver to Newtownards Road. £60 for them and a satisfied customer.Thank you for your reply. I understand your point but it ended up for the best as my cousin was also ordering flowers for the same funeral so used the same florist as I did meaning both sprays will be delivered at the same time. As I said totally understand any business can decide how far they want to travel etc but my disappointment came from not being able to support local business.

Placed an order before midday, received confirmation.??Thank you for your purchase!We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.??Later in the afternoon an email was received to say order cancelled, out of stock?I then called the shop just after 2pm, they told me that it?s on the website that the item is out of stock, that they not taking anymore orders / they?re closed. This is perfectly untrue, when I checked the website the item was still in stock, there was nothing to say that they weren?t taking anymore orders and nothing to say they should be closed at that time! * I MUST REITERATE THAT THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE SITE TO REFUSE ORDERS, nor out of stock, nor that they were ´closed? (it even stated only a slightly earlier closing time only on the internet, not when item ordered nor when call made much earlier and they were still in)*The staff weren?t at all bothered about not honouring the details of the sale, nor the fact that the family member won?t receive their gift!Appalling. They should have proposed something to me?- PRESUMPTIONS and eventual slurs to my character are a feeble, inaccurate and unacceptable response*

I was trying to attach a photograph of my rearranged flowers (received as an Anniversary gift from my husband) Stunningly beautiful on the day, I have just rearranged the best of them in a smaller vase.
Lucky to receive flowers quite often, these were simply the longest lasting flowers I have ever received as I got them on 2nd April.. ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO!
