WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND, John Grant has another side to him if you see past the helpful man who can do anything for you, he tried to sell our house for a year in the end a long established competitor of his sold it in less than a month, I will not get into what I know about him, but would suggest one of the many other good estate agents in the area

I recently used Grants to sell 2 very different properties, one of which had many complexities and complications. From start to finish I found them to be approachable, professional and knowledgeable about the local market.
I was kept updated throughout and any questions I had were answered with patience and expertise.
They are proactive in their approach to selling and go above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible.
I know from personal experience that finding the right agent is a minefield but I can wholeheartedly recommend Grants and wouldn?t hesitate to use them again.

As a returning customer who has previously bought & sold through Grants approx 7 years ago, we were really happy to have appointed Grants once again. Customer service is excellent and friendly, and Kerrie is always in regular contact. The new portal is a very helpful tool at the time of viewings being organised.
In my view, what really sets Grants apart is their approach to valuation and marketing. Valuations are honest, benchmarked against similar nearby properties for which they evidence is shown, and with survey valuations in mind. Approaches to marketing are outstanding - the interest generated on social media really demonstrated this and John?s videos show the property in a way that even the best photographs can?t.

I have to say I cannot recommend these guys enough. Honestly the process off selling my house was smooth and stress free. The day I put my house up it was sale agreed and it was over asking price. I cannot recommend Grant Estate Agents enough. They are to me more than a 5 star experience and such a professional team. I had an offer on my property with my first set of viewers through them and completed on my sale. I also found my dream home through them and completed on the purchase a few weeks ago. Masters of great and trustworthy advice from Grants. Kerrie was always on the ball and I always kept well informed on progress.
