One Star - Absolutely appalling service
Placed an order with Domino?s, received a notification saying our food had been delivered?only it hadn?t. We checked everywhere, waited, and nothing turned up. Called the store to try and sort it out, only to be met with shockingly poor customer service. The person on the phone couldn?t have been less helpful or more dismissive if they tried.
Thinking it might be sorted the next day, I called back and spoke with the shift manager?big mistake. They couldn?t have cared less. No ownership, no urgency, and not even a basic apology for the inconvenience. For a company that thrives on fast food and faster service, they seriously dropped the ball.
Won?t be ordering again. If you?re hungry and hoping for decent service or even a bit of accountability?look elsewhere.

This is the first time I have used Dominos. I placed an online order and when I followed up via telephone to check if my order was out for delivery I was told the driver was at my house but there was no-one in so they brought the order back to store. I discovered they made an error with my address and was told they would put another order up and it would be redelivered. The girl I spoke to was very helpful however, although I received the order the food was stone cold. Disappointing.

Food really nice, service was quality but name was spelt wrong. Bit of a wait, but it was busy. Would recommend.

Got the pizzas wrong (as usual) then was very rudely dealt with by the staff on the phone who offered no apology and was more concerned about me giving the incorrect pizzas back than actually amending the problem. Now I have had to wait on the delivery again without so much as a sorry

Ordered on the app at 6.30pm for collection as delivery to my area was unavailable. My Partner went to collect to be told our order could not be found even though it was saying on the app it was ready. Had to re order and waited over an hour and half in store to get our order.
Received half the order and had to wait another 30mins on the rest, our pizzas going cold whilst waiting on the rest of the order.
Whist we were waiting, people were just walking in off the street who had not previously ordered and getting their orders before us .
Finally got our order home to find an item missing.
We were not the only ones as a lot of people who ordered online for collection were left waiting for hours. Very disappointed as this is the second time this has happened. Previous time we were told our order could not be found on the system only for me to notice it sitting ready with my name clearly visible on the box right behind the person telling me it couldn?t be found?!?
Will not be ordering again!

I was in Newtownards Domino?s the other night and was served by a lovely young gentleman called Josh. Very well mannered and amazing customer service, couldn?t fault him or his service skills! Great definitely will be back again.

Ordered a delivery and waited 3 hours on it, despite being told repeatedly that it was the next order to go out. Food was ordered through just eat, told the restaurant I wanted my money back, was told that I had to go through just eat for that, went through the process and the restaurant refused to refund the money!

Awful pizza. Korean bbq chicken ordered. 3 tiny pieces of chicken, 4 jalapeños and hardly any cheese on a large. Just terrible.
