Booked a table today for 2pm for a party of 9. We were greeted by a very rude female manager who tried to tell us that we had booked the table for 1.30pm (we definitely didn’t as several of us heard the time when we phoned to book). She was adamant she was right and regardless her customer service skills were appalling.
