Great, professional service. Purchased a pair of trail shoes online. There was a slight issue with my order and they couldn't have been more helpful sorting it out. Prompt delivery once all was sorted.

Went today, Monday, to get my 2 year old grandson shoes, very professional staff, sorry I don't know the young girls name that served us, she also got another member of staff to also check the size of his feet just to make sure, which I thought is a great idea. This was his third pair from this shop.

Great store but same story as some reviews, is the exchange policy they have (only offer credit no refund)To be fair there not the only retail shop to be doing this.Next time will shop at a store that has a better return policy .
