Nicole pierced my ears today in Ards, her customer service was fantastic. Very professional and has great rapport, will now be shopping in Claire's as I so appreciate her high level of customer service.

Eden and Rachel pierced my 5yr old?s daughter?sears last week. I couldn?t recommend them enough. Such thoughtful brilliant women who are obviously very well trained and just great dealing with people. They reassured us both and made it a really magical experience. From the hat and the lolly, the after care, the patience in deceiving the process, and even keeping us in a wee staring competition during the piercing process- I was delighted to have chosen to have went to this shop for this event. I don't want to be too critical as actually this wee shop has several things going for it - one of them being the door out! Why do they cram so much stuff in? It is always heaving with under 15's trying on everything and there is, I find anyway, a funny smell. All this aside this is a grand place to pick up some cheap jewellery, hair accessories or some skull embroidered socks. Cheap as chips and the quality matches the price. Lots of tacky items can be found here - Christmas earrings, Glow in the dark raver gloves, bizarre coloured hair extensions - oh yes it is all happening in Claire's. I might nip in for a packet of hair slides but that is it.
