would give (-5 stars if possible) But never buy From Cex they don't honor their own return policies and tried to bring back a product that had faults and was told I caused them and called me and my family liars then refused to give me a refund their own website says they will give a full refund if you bring the product back with a receipt and they didnt but they (buy stuff thats almost broken in the first place absolutely TERRIBLE SHOP)

Plenty of choice and helpful staff. Warranty good, so suitable for purchases for youth clubs etc.

I went today to trade in 2 items to this location I was told to wait 1 hour for testing which was fine and when I returned they told me that the internet was not strong enough to test the item and I got told to Bring it to another shop I waited for 1 hour for nothing I will not be returning to this branch.

Don't buy from cex they are robbing cowboys! Don?t waste your money. They have a poor attitude and equally bad customer service. Not very understanding of children with learning disabilities.
