Great coffee much better than star bucks

Called in on Saturday about 1630. Place was dirty with tables not wiped and floor covered in crumbs. Public toilet hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks I'd reckon. Staff serving us was obviously not wanting to be there and fluffed the order. Packaged treats at front of till were all broken. Definitely not up to Caffè Nero standards

Been going here since it opened it is a popular spot. Coffee and eats are good and staff are friendly. Could do with an decorative update imo as it is getting a little tired.

Great selection of coffee all nicely presented and served. This is a very popular branch right in the centre of the town so at times be patient and expect to be in a queue.

Took kids for a pre Easter treat and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Young server named Garth was pleasant, welcoming and provided a top class service. Will be back again ?

Got two coffees to go, was given the option to try the new coffee blend so gave it a shot. We spoke about the syrup and decided on caramel. However, both of us couldn't taste it so we didn't enjoy our coffees, but as we'd got them to takeaway, it was too late to rectify. But we'd paid for it. I also got my coffee in a smaller cup, but had to adjust the cup sleeve to make it fit - not entirely safe. You'd think you'd have the correct size available

Coffee is excellent as ever, but I queued for 20 minutes to get it. There are two staff members. The girl who served me was lovely. The other member was flat out doing Just Eat and click and collect orders. If the company is going to offer this service, it needs to employ sufficient staff to deal with those customers that physically come into the cafe. Staffing levels are frequently an issue at all Nero's cafés and this also has knock on issues for tables being cleared and general hygiene.
