Called in on Saturday about 1630. Place was dirty with tables not wiped and floor covered in crumbs. Public toilet hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks I'd reckon. Staff serving us was obviously not wanting to be there and fluffed the order. Packaged treats at front of till were all broken. Definitely not up to Caffè... read full comment
