Always out of plant based burgers
Twice I called in only to find no stock. Unacceptable
Staff are great, let down by bad management.
This place will more than likely close, maybe that's their intention?
Blame it on poor customer sales?

Ordered BBQ Melt King Box and expected a BBQ cheese burger. Got a dry plain burger with a single long raw onion. Disappointing.

No mobile app ordering for either pick up or delivery. Apparently no scanner to scan the app to collect my points. Seeing without the app the menu prices are nearly double, not worth coming to this location if you're looking an app offer. Very disappointed.

Awesome food and awesome staff. Hard to get customer service anywhere else that compares, made even better by the fact you get to eat an awesome burger after!

Literally just in burgerking here and came out to the car and it's not even right..I have three kids so ordered three chips and a sharebox of nuggets paid £12.60 only received two chips and nuggets dripping in grease won't be back.

DISAPPOINTED - WON'T EVER EAT HERE AGAIN - We called in to Burger King, Castlebawn yesterday, we were both hungry. Hubby ordered one of their advertised special Gormet BBQ Bacon Stacker Burger Meals which looked like a yummy spicy Burger, unfortunately he was highly disappointed as it was more like a 'child size' burger ( photo attached ) we could not believe the food he received. The staff were very sad looking and had a lackadaisical attitude while serving us. My Hubby had to use the Disabled Toilet and immediately reported how bad the state of it was ( it was in a disgusting state - too horrible to write about here) and the fella said he would report it to someone, instead of him immediately going and reporting it he continued to serve. I did see the Manager go in 10 minutes later then come out and no-one was sent in to clean it while we were sitting there for about a further 20 minutes - Health Hazard Waiting To Happen! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED COUPLE WHO SPENT NEARLY £20 ON THIS VISIT ? ? ? ? ?
