Went into the store today and was served by Elaine, both me and my wife have always found her to be extremely friendly and very helpful, and has plenty of good advice on the different products we have used this store for a number of years and will continue using it

The worker Elaine has an attitude problem. The way she speaks to customers is disgusting. Never in my life experienced attitude like hers. Employees are there to help while having a friendly approach. This woman does not have that she is vile. Managers need to have a good look at her performance, definitely needs evaluated.... read full comment
