Customer service has gone downhill. Staff rude and look down thrir noses at you when you ask for help and tell you to look for it yourself. Will not be back. Rude, arrogant and obnoxious members of staff hired in here. Months ago the staff there would have happily helped you but not no more they do not care about customer service or communication skills whatsoever

I'm so disappointed with the quality of the plants in the Maryport store. Up until recently the plants have been well kept. Now It looks as if they haven't been watered for weeks .
So many dying and dead.
Whats going on. ??

It's a decent shop, I've been in many times now and love looking around to see what they have.In my personal opinion, the shop could be layed out better as it can be a nuisance when it's a bit busy.However, I know that because of the size of shop, this can be a bit hard to do, I was hoping they would move into the old lidil across from the car wash. But ultimately its their choice, I just thought it would be better off like that.
