I purchased a new watch at the weekend and water had got under the face.I hadn't realised it wasn't water resistant until Colin had a look at it. Had it back to new in no time.First class,friendly service.

lovely man who served me, my key was in 3 parts (one part tiny chip) and he wasn?t sure if he would be able to make a copy so he said he would try his best for me and the keys works perfectly great customer service and he was very helpful :)

Went today to ask about a battery for an older watch and the gentleman did it there and then. I had also asked about my kar key which I had been quoted over £100 to replace and he told me I just needed a new casing for £60 and again did it there and then. So I'm very happy and satisfied and would highly recommend.
