Your African Diversity hire security guard is shocking. He stopped me and accused me of stealing but he could barely speak English. I actually had to say to him does he want to see my receipt because he couldn't even ask to see my receipt himself with his lack of knowledge of the English language. This is a disgrace!

Opted to shop here more frequently due to Asda being a total mess and I have to say this store is far superior and has much more selection and quality of items in comparison. I don?t need to worry if they will have the items I need in stock anymore because this store typically has everything I need.
They also raise for charity by putting blue coins into your chosen school/charity which I like being able to do once I check out my items. Very pleased with this store and happy it?s in reasonable distance to shop from.

I can?t give it a one star because I use Tesco a lot. But in this store this evening I found the staff member on the till to be ignorant and non communicative.

Just left this store. Asked a staff member for a kettle which wasn't on shelf.He went and checked he got me one which I was delighted.His name is Dylan and I have to say most pleasant fella.

Some staff are very rude at checkouts and there are never enough open. The staff are over worked and then are off with the customer. It really is unpleasant shopping there. Save yourself money and time, go across the road to Lidl where it's cheaper, cleaner, and the staff are friendly.

Mouldy Wensleydale cheese on display - no cottage cheese (we only get that in occasionally, I was told) and no toilet duck brush refills (we?ve stopped doing that).
