Had the most outstanding service from Victoria on the perfume counter. Nothing was too much trouble gave fantastic advice and service. So incredibly helpful and friendly. Best service I?ve ever received in any store. A real credit to your company.

Very disappointed in the service we have just received in this shop, served by a young young girl with dark hair . We Brought a card to the till to show what shaving blades we wanted, with no communication she took off across the shop and brought the wrong blades to us. We only noticed on our way out of the shop and went back to the girl who gave us these. She had a terrible attitude. We won't be back we will go to Boots instead.

Having read the 4-5 star reviews im shocked in what i just experienced and witnessed.4 members of staff at tge tills and the queue got bigger while the staff took their time serving people ,the person at the makeup section tills just looked at people instead of calling the next customer .Sad customer service

My elderly neighbour left her purse in the store and didn't realise until she came home that she lost it. We called the store and they reassured her straight away that it was there and the young lady (blonde hair, we didn't catch her name) met us and reunited my neighbour with her purse. She was very helpful and kind and helped to assure my neighbour that all her cards etc were safe. Thank you!

I?m was in your store yesterday getting a few things and I was served by a young lady by the name of Victoria, this young lady had such amazing customer service , she made a busy shopping day so relaxing and she smiled throughout my time in the shop . Victoria I give you 5 stars because of your service I would shop with you again . Keep doing what you are doing and keep smiling.

I flew in today here after work as I needed to find a mascara for my daughter, I normally shop online because I hate busy shops but i needed to buy it today. I was a bit flustered but a lovely young lady called Lyla (I remember the name cause its a bit unusual) had so much patience helping me find the exact one, I just knew it was called Sky something and it was definitely made by Maybelline. She took time out to show me the range to make sure I got the right thing, she was a joy to speak to and didn't make me feel stupid or rushed, it was a pleasure speaking with her and I'll probably go back to the Superdrug in Abbeycenter instead of town!

I Visited the Superdrug store in the Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey, my wife is visually impaired and asked the store assistant Maya for help and she went through all the products she required checking the colours and explaining how they looked. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she helped my wife with the rest of her shopping in the store. Her customer care was excellent and couldn?t do enough for her, I would like to thank Maya for everything she did for my wife and to say she is a credit to Superdrug and the Abbey Centre store.

If I could rate zero star i would..Awful customer service!To a girl which I didn't get her name. So rude and cheeky made me feel so uncomfortable. I don't do reviews but this one girl should not be working in this storeEarly 20s dark hair with extentions!Will not go into details as too much. Safe to say a customer lost !

The customer service has been horrendous. I tried many times to shop online and the site has been unable to process my orders. This has happened on several occasions but at its most severe during the highly marketed 20% "Payday sale". The response from Superdrug has been abysmal and patronising.

I Visited this store about 10.00 this morning and found all the staff pleasant and helpful. I suffer from mobility problems and everyone was eager to help. I was served at cash desk by a very pleasant happy girl called Rachael and she couldn't do enough to help. She is a real credit to your store and a great example of your excellent customer training.
