AVOID! Do yourself a favour and visit a different fast food restaurant.
I visited with my 3 year old daughter for lunch. There were 5 staff members working yet the empty tables and floor were filthy!
They have touch screen kiosks with signs stating 'order here', which we did, yet they gave priority to other customers who skipped the order kiosks and went straight to the counter. I stood and waited with my 3 year for 20 minutes whilst approx 15 other people got their sandwiches made.
When my number was called, the lady had not put my daughters kid meal into the little kids box. When I requested that she do that, she stubbornly went to the back to get a box, put only the sandwich in it but not the drink or cookie - not exactly a good experience for my daughter who gets excited about her little Saturday outing with lunch in subway.
Clear evidence of lack of proper management.

Staff don?t listen, food was rushed. Ordered the churro came soggy, chipotle cheesy bites came cold and disgusting, sandwiches were poorly made we ending up binning 70% of our food absolute disgrace will not be back anywhere near this place

I put my order for myself and someone else through the kiosks. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed they had put cheese on the sandwich, which I had forgot to order as plain without cheese.
Before they could add any toppings, I apologised and said I?m really sorry but could I have that made again but without cheese. The manager rolled her eyes at me and another staff member began to make it for me. To which I was very apologetic to her for.
Once I had my order made, I collected it at the till. I apologised to the girl at the till for the error I had made. The manager stated ?I don?t know why you?re apologising to her, she didn?t know what happened?. And began to laugh at me with her co-workers.
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour as a manager. I have been a manager at McDonald?s and would not dare treat a customer in this manner. Not only to mention, the shop was disgusting. Bins overfilled, customers having to clean their own tables and crumbs everywhere. I will not be returning here.

Dreadful experience and will never be back in that one, staff were so busy preparing just eat orders the queue was nearly out the door, when my order was finally ready after about 25 minutes I had to wait another 10 minutes to pay as that girl was also filling just eat orders, badly organised, customers complaining and the staff pleasant enough but didn't care, I don't blame them, they were slaughtered
