Just ordered Philly steaks from Subway today, the food was delivered cold, after eating it, I had abdominal cramps and diarrhea.

Call to subway on the doagh road today and found that the front door was locked so we called into the chip shop next door and asked the girl if it was open she said it was we checked the website and it says it was open from 9am this was now 12:47 and the door was still locked when my husband had seen a girl heading to the door he walked bk over again and was told 10 mins he came bk in 5 mins and there was already a girl and fella getting served when he walked over the girl was talking to a lady at the front door and she was about to close the door when my husband had said that it says on the website that they were open from 9am

Have given doagh road subway 2 stars for food quality.But I do think some further staff training may be required,maybe it would be helpful if the owner of said franchise outlet carried out staff appraisals on a regular basis,using the CCTV system as a goto for said appraisal,I say this because some staff don't seem to know the difference between a 6" Italian herb and cheese from a cardboard box or between 6"and a 12" sandwich, i do understand that staff maybe coming to the end of a long shift and maybe tired and yes we all do actually make mistakes but 2 saturdays in row at roughly the same time I went in to purchase my fave 6"sub ,on the first occasion she started to make up a 12" and on the second couldn't tell the Difference between bread and cardboard.My real concern would be that if staff are making blindingly obvious mistakes like that, how many other mistakes are being made that go unnoticed and could end up being fatal to some unsuspecting customer who bites into a sandwich that may contain something that they are allergic to.

Feeling a bit hungry pop in to your nearest Subway you won't be disappointed plenty of sections for you to choose. We enjoy our Subways and the staff are quick and friendly. What are you waiting for enjoy ?
