This shop is safe enough for you to get groceries alone and the staff is nice and kind and there is toilets not far from the pay area and there is a post office and a chippy in the shop and the shop has its own atm and there is even some amazing hotels near the shop and the shop is located near Glen Park and lough shore and Whiteabbey train station is not far away from the shop and there is a bus stop near the shop and parking is always easy to find

Avoid at all cost. Stood in the queue to collect a parcel only to be told I was at the wrong till. With a shrug of sorry. There were no posters to tell me where to collect my parcel and management were so uninterested. Worst customer service I've received in a long time and won't be back, id rather go out of my way to go to another store. They are an absolute joke.

Purchased four sausages from the deli counter and was told that I couldn't pay at the main till and I'd have to pay at the deli. I was purchasing more goods in store and it would have been more convenient to pay at the main till. I put my purchase in the basket and of course forgot about it and pilled the dozen or so items on top. When I got to the till with a full basket I forgot and the sausages got put through again. I only remembered this when I got home. Expensive sausages!

Always very friendly, helpful and patient, I frequent this store often and have seen first hand how helpful they all are, there are a few partially sighted people and the staff can't do enough to help them, they have all done extremely well throughout this pandemic and need to be commended, a great bunch of staff you have there ??

Usually this place is excellent. On the last visit the store had very few staff and the service was pretty slow. Staff are all very friendly and very helpful.
