Just ordered my new sofa at sofa time to arrive just in time for the cosy season. My first visit I spoke with Joe who had a wealth of knowledge and was patient and informative and ensured I made the right decision for my family needs. I came back a week later to place my order and spoke with Kerry who was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. I never felt pressured into making a purchase but felt confident in my choices and I was very well looked after. I got an amazing deal in the sale which made it even better. If you are thinking of buying a new sofa then get down to sofa time Newtownabbey and speak to Joe or Kerry.

Kerry , Tanya and Joe were all so helpful at our local Longwood retail store . Absolutely delighted with our new sofa , chair and foot stool even though the guys were busy they made us feel welcome and Kerry was such a delight, she made the whole process so simple and was very helpful with lots of knowledge and helped us ensure the colour matched our current snug vibes! Would Highly recommend this store :)
