In abbeycentre store today the girl was helpful but sooo pushy my husband got a pair but she tired so hard to get him to buy another pair with 30% off he said no she asked did i want a pair or did i want to buy my grandson a pair then triedto get us to buy socks also you only walk in the store and someone is over offering to help how can she help when we havent even had the chance to look

I visited the store after buying the wrong size of sketchers online. I was hoping to get the Arch fit in store however the guy (Jordan I think it was) tried gis best to find a pair but no success. He advised me where to order them and was very helpful. The guy on the door (who I layer learnt was Mark the Manager) also made me aware to go smaller when ordering again as the sizing can be different.I ordered a 4 off the website but got delivered a 3. When I rang the store again Mark was very reassuring and advised if I call to the store he would sort it for me. I did just that and Mark had a new pair delivered to my door 3 days later. Fantastic team and could not fault the guys at the store at all.
Made me walk right round one way system when there was not another customer in the shop and the ladies shoes were the last rail in the shop put me off even looking

Was in Abbey centre in skechers tha manger called mark was just amazing turn my whole life around been in a lot of shops trying to get the right shoes mark had so muvh time with me my feet has been so sore he sorted me out im walking on air well done mark thanks so much you made my day thanks a million well done mark be back son lovely person very understanding nice way with him great personthanks mark e Matthews

Wanted to let you know that you have a excellent employee a young girl called Sophie who couldn't have been more helpful to us both today. Despite the store being busy she got us numerous pairs of shoes until we got what suited us best. She was so pleasant to us and a credit to your store.

I have been in a few times before and got some shoes but we went in this afternoon to get a pair of work shoes for my partner. It was the birthday weekend which we didn't know of until we arrived and we were given a voucher for £10 off (brill! ?). My son (3) was eating a sausage roll and was panicking about making a mess so the lovely girl went and got him some paper towels to hold it in while we were getting sorted. As my other half was getting his shoes, another staff member (possibly the manager, didn't catch his name) came over and was chatting to my son, and then gave him a voucher for a free pair of shoes!! I couldn't believe how generous it was! So my boy went and picked his favourite pair of shoes and they were boxed up and handed to him for free! Meanwhile the other lad was helping my partner sort out his shoes and we decided to get 2 pairs, everyone is happy! It was only when we got home that we realised we were given 30% off the 2 pairs of shoes that we bought instead of the original £10 off that we got when we arrived! Plus a free pair of shoes ? absolutely delighted with our experience today and the staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful!! Regardless of us getting any discount, the staff were lovely and we would definitely go back!
