Terrible Waiting time after checking in online to collect, was nearly 20 minutes from checking in to collecting the item.Only one person ahead of me in the queue, multiple people came in and out of the plum/electric fix section. Purchased a pair of work boots, got the text through this morning to say that they were ready for collection, in and out in 5 minutes, great service.
