Spacious gym, very clean.Friendly, competent, and very professional Coach/Pt/Staff, ( I loved the group classes, very easy to book & Cancel).A lot of machines to use, well equipped functional area, enough squats box.The people who use this gym are very respectful and focused on their own training.An great environment overall.

Nice atmosphere, clean changing rooms, spacious. The only thing I would say is that the cardio section should have all the cardio machines together, but I guess doing some stairs between machines won't harm anyone.
