Had a great experience at pavers abbeycentre all because of the wonderful lady who helped didn?t know what her name was but she was an older lady and I showed her the pair of slip ins in the website they didn?t have them but she went out of her way and checked the warehouse and got them ordered and my partner also bought a pair and they were so much cheaper than the Skechers store will defo buy from there again based on the ladies customer service she was absolutely lovely and spent the time helping out and explained everything clearly you deserve the recognition

Bought a pair of work shoes, within 6 months both soles had split straight across letting in water. Brought them back to shop in Abbey Centre & explained, exchanged for a new pair of same shoes was told was just a faulty pair. Same thing has happened to this pair. Will be buying elsewhere this time!

We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. She was extremely pleasant and patient - nothing was too much trouble, but she also gave you space to try on without feeling hovered over. Kelly is a credit to this Pavers store.Maggie Charteris
