Collection point was full of people waiting, like myself. I had checked in on the pad, but people who went to the counter were served first. I waited 45 minutes and left. One young assistant was ambling around, not trying to hurry at all. When I returned, same scenario, so I checked in at the counter instead and was served immediately. Maybe the pads weren't connecting, but a bit of communication from staff would have been good. They seemed overwhelmed.

Was in on Saturday 9th of November to purchase a few items and I have never been so disgusted, absolute disgrace leaving a young staff member on her own at the till when the queue is out the door, no one to staff the changing room and the music was blaring so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Witnessed multiple people walking out due to the music alone, I asked the girl at the till if they could turn it down so I could hear what she was saying and she had said the staff had already asked only to be told no!? Whoever is managing this shop needs to be demoted or have some serious training on how to manage a retail store. Absolutely disgraceful and I witnessed the poor girl on the till begging for help the entire time but not one person came to assist her. It's a wonder that there's any staff left if this is how you treat them.

What a headache, never again picking up a parcel here. Incompetence is an understatement. Told wait time would be 3 min but 35 min later just left without my parcel. They can?t run a bath in that place. Serving every customer walking up to counter first and have no problems in making everyone else wait. Avoid if you can get a delivery instead.

I DID NOT receive all items which I had paid for instore today!! Alexander was the person behind the till. He had no interest at all in his job and what was going on esp towards me as a customer. He was panicking and DID NOT care about anything! I am very unhappy about this!

Bought 3 jumpers all over £30 2 were knitted ones BOTH full of plucks first time of wear . I?m 65 casual jacket in car no tree climbing or crawling through hedges but destroyed all the same . I was going to say I will never throw a Next receipt away again but I really won?t need to as I wouldn?t go back

Home department has some nice products but some are way too expensive. No decent bedding for teenagers. Good lighting selection. Big skincare department with body washes, sprays etc. Love the cafe at the back of the store. Nicely hidden and not as mad busy as other places in Abbey Centre.

Went here to find a dress for a graduation. Found it within minutes and was priced reasonably. A lot of sizes not in stock but staff can order in for you. Well kept shop with super helpful staff

Got a pair of trousers yesterday and they have already fallen apart at the seams. Also found labels for different clothing items inside the pockets when I got home.

Took my son to Next at Abbeycentre to buy a suit for a day at the races. Great selection of styles. Good fitting rooms, spacious shop. Best of all was the service from a lady named Lyndsay. Despite being very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her as she advised my son on style, fit and even contacted another branch when his size wasn?t in stock. Highly recommended.
